Add The Transaction Notes Icon to the To Pay Inbox
This is useful for when a client is in the last approver step and they approve the invoice but add a note to it. The user paying the invoice can see that a note has been added.
It would be great to see the notes icon at the TO REVIEW step to avoid invoices from being pushed through approvals. I see that sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn't.
