We need to mask recipient's tax ID's on their Copies

We need to mask recipient's tax ID's on their Copies. Legacy has option to only show last 4 digits. Amy Beason from 10029 Dunn, Pariser, & Peyrot brought this up as clients complained their whole SSN number appears through the opening of the mailing address
