Filter by user in To Approve Inbox, and To Enter inbox.

I would like to filter by user in the "To Enter" inbox, which would show me the documents that were uploaded by a particular user. Sometimes I have multiple people scanning & uploading documents for me, and I need to know who uploaded what.

For the "To Approve" inbox, I would like to know who associated an item, so I can approve all their items. Sometimes I have multiple bookkeepers that have a particular set of clients they work on. I may want to only approve ALL the items they associated without having to keep changing the group filtering.
