One of my clients is a talent manager with a pretty large volume of checks that come in and have to be disbursed to the Agents and the Talent, which we disburse via ACH. They all require actual images of checks as back-up, the email notification is not enough for them. We spend a lot of time downloading and emailing images to the different clients/agents. Can we please suggest to Agilink that they add the “image via email” function that would go automatically with the notification email that the system already provides? This would help tremendously, I’m sure I’m not the only one having this issue.
