GL Accounts: Concatenate Roll Up Account on Detail

Enhance the predictive lookup to display both the name of the detail account concatenated with the name of the roll-up account directly above it.

For example typing 1001-001 should display:

1001-001 -- CNB Management Checking #5011 – Cash in Checking

1001-002 -- CNB Pocket Checking #9600 – Cash in Checking

*1001-003 -- Cash in Checking – Cash in Checking
