Locating Clients

On some fields in Agilink, you can search by any word in the client name, but in other fields, it has to be the first few letters? For instance, I am doing the JEs to book opening cash balances. The screen to upload would not locate The Whitney Houston Legacy Foundation by "Legacy", I had to start typing "THE"
