Allow for Larger PDFs to be uploaded through drag and drop

Users would like to have a higher limit on the PDF size that can be uploaded through the Drag and Drop upload on the Agilink homepage. It takes time to attempt to upload only to find a few files are much too large to upload in that manner and then upload them separately in Upload Single Document.
