In the pending inbox, display the "H" icon on the initial page if a user has placed an invoice on hold.

While viewing invoices on the pending page, the only way you know if one is on hold is to drill-down one-by-one. Seeing the "H" icon on the initial pending page (like the approval page does) would be very helpful.
