Globally saved reports do not work on all template clients

Globally saved reports only function properly if they are run from a client that is on the same Template Client as the client where the report was originally saved. This leads to issues of users trying to use a saved report from a client on a different Template Client and being unable to run the report properly. I purpose either not showing globally saved reports from other Template Clients while running reports or allowing to choose the saved reports after choosing a report template to save the settings of saved report.
