drop down menus

we need drop down menus for divisions (among other entry boxes) so that we can see a list of all available options for that entry versus trying to guess what to type to pull up the right choice. Forward slash sometimes pulls up a list, but most of the time i get an error that "gl lookup is unavailable". drop down menu would be more useful than a glitchy command
