To Review - Credit Cards Repetitives

If a credit card is tied to a repetitive, after it has been coded out, it automatically goes into the "To Approve" inbox, instead of staying in the "To Review" inbox with the rest of the repetitives. It would make sense if it remained in the "To Review" inbox with the rest of the repetitives, until it has been marked off as reviewed.
