Allow whole dollar option for Total Column on Horizontal Level report

When generating the Horizontal Level report the level columns can be set to report with whole dollars, however, when the Include Total Column box is selected the Total Column defaults to include decimal and pennies and there is no way to adjust to whole dollar.
