Cursor positioning when tabbing to different fields

Have the cursor automatically position itself on the first line at the end of the text when tabbing to a field with a line of text in it.

Currently, when tabbing from line to line of text the cursor automatically positions itself at the beginning of the text, but when tabbing from a field to a field with text in it,  the cursor automatically positions itself on the very last line at the beginning of text (i.e. If there is 5 lines in a field the cursor will position itself at the beginning of the text on the 5^th line). If that makes sense?
