Journal Entry Upload - Create client specific GL descriptions

When a client is being set up (fresh setup) each has specific GL descriptions to be added that are needed when they are handling their opening JE. Would it be possible to design an override on the JE upload, which would create the client specific GL descriptions when the JE is uploaded, by adding the descriptions in a certain column?
