Add International Wire rejection Notifications to "Tasks & Reminders"

Regarding International Wire rejection - because these are sensitive, can it be programed to separate International wires Rejected Notification under the "Tasks & Reminders" This would stand out from just the invoices, & the users will see it on the dashboard
