make Grand total column on Income report a toggleable total for certain columns

At the moment, if you check off grand totals it will total all columns with no distinguishing between the columns. There should either be a way to decide which columns will be added as part of the total or total each column based on level separately so with 2 columns there would be two Grand Total columns.
