Precheck all "Standard Payment Methods" in the bank defs on all new bank accounts

When setting up a new bank def, "Check" and "Automatic Debit" are prechecked. Can "ATM/POS" and "Online Payment" also be prechecked as a default? I do not understand why they are not. Thanks,
