AP Book Transfers – Terminology to be consistent Merged

On the entitlements page, AP Book Transfers are called “AP Book,” however, in the “Define Vendors” screen, it is notated as “Book Transfer.” They would like for this naming to be consistent to be AP Book Transfers (as book transfers are transfers within a client, and AP book transfers are paid out to other client entities).
