Bank Reconciliation Status Report

Under Banking Menu users should have the ability to run a bank rec status report. They should be able to see status of both CNB and external accounts. The report should include the last date the account was reconciled and should have the ability to run across clients.

Ideally this would include a feature that would generate an alert if account has gone past a designated number of days without being reconciled.
