Add sorting to re-arrange sorting of bank name permanently

useful because it allows you to place the Main checking account on the top if say a Money Market or Pocket account is on the top, and you can match the order across all of you clients so that the top one is Main Checking, then Pocket, Then Money Market etc. rather than seeing a pocket balance on top with $200 etc.
