Activity Report View Start Date

Should be able to view the Activity Report from the firm's start date with entitlements.

Currently, if you have an changes & need to move the bank profile to another client code or you forget to check the Activity Report box, your viewing only starts from the date you click the box on the bank profile when your firm has had privileges for much longer.
