1099 Edit Search by EIN

Users should be able to search by EIN in the edit 1099 screen. The vendor override information prints on the recipient copy of the form and that doesn't always pull up the vendor in edit 1099. You have to either go to the transaction report to find it or go to print 1099 to find it
