Credit Card Definition - Journals - Ability to Code to a Bank GL Account

When uploading pocket account transactions for a non-CNB account, having the ability to upload those transaction as a credit card and coding them out would be very useful. This includes both the "Journal Only" and "One journal per transaction" accounting modes.
