Update Rounding to Match In Balance Sheet Report

User is running the Balance sheet report. The total of the Equity and Liability match the Assets and end in $736.08 but when its rounded to the dollar the Assets changes the amount to $735 and Equity and Liability rounds to $736. Can we please get the same same rounding formula used for Equity, Liability, and Assets?
