The Approve Screen should show all of the groups collapsed. Merged

I work on multiple groups and there are too many to scroll through. And each time I approve one - I must go back and collapse all of the others again.

When dealing with multiple groups it would be more efficiant to have all invoices collapsed and only group name showing.
