Multiple year end calendars for one client

We recently converted a C corp to an S corp to include a calendar change from Feb to Dec beginning 03/01/2022. The problem is that if we switch the year end it will change all periods giving us inaccurate financial statements for prior years. Ideally, financial statements should run on Feb year end up until 02/28/22 and then Dec year end going forward.
