deposit routing numbers should not automatically add a leading zero

MNT bank does not accept deposits with a leading 0 added to the deposit. This issue could be avoided by not automatically adding a leading zero to deposit routing numbers. There would need to be a system in place so that users know to either add the 0 or leave it blank.
