Allow GL code 'Additional Description' to appear on reports

Currently, any data entered in the Additional Description field in the chart of accounts entry screen is not used anywhere in AgilLink. That information can only be seen when someone goes into the chart of accounts entry screen for a specific GL code. We should be able to see the Additional Description information in the general ledger report (under the main GL code description), just as we can in Legacy.
