One client in particular will put off approving invoices for quite a long time. They don't reject, but place invoices on "hold" and add notes. In order to reply to the questions in a more timely manner - therefore, getting these invoices approve, we need an expedient way to summarize these invoices. With hundreds of invoices to sort through, it takes far too much time to review each one looking for the ones with Hold, and/or notes.
The only report we can run shows invoices placed on hold by the Approver that placed them on hold; not all holds, for instance, holds placed by the client (final approver), or anyone else.

The current AP Invoice Register can be run by Invoice Status to filter based on Hold items. This does not currently include any notes.
