There should be monitoring of the last time a CNB FTP file download, so that Support can be alerted that a service may not be successfully fetching file. For example, we know that we receive current day files every 15 minutes, so if the last download is over an hour ago, an email should be sent to support. We know that we receive a priorday, and exchangerate each day, so if we go 28 hours without a successful download, there is a problem and support should be notified.
