Vendor audit report - add filters & across clients

To better audit additions/changes to vendor information, please add the feature of: drop-down to select multiple clients, filter by: UserID, Payment Methods, Routing#, Full Name, and Bank Account # (which is NOT currently shown on the Audit report).
