Allow Bank Account Signatures to be replaced Merged

Under signatures and settings there is no way to replace a bank signature. If you need to update a signature the only way is to delete the existing signature. If you delete a signature, the signature rules remain on the bank but the user is deleted on the bank signature page. You then need to re-add that user to every bank they were previously a signer on.
