We are in need of productivity reports to assess client activity levels and employee workloads. It is important for management to be able to assess how our projected client work activity compares to the actual work being performed by the team. Along with that, we need to be able to assess the employee workloads to better allocate clients and resources. We feel this is something most companies want to see for their client and work force.
