The Ability to Anchor Levels

This enhancements to levels would be hugely helpful in a lot of situations, when clients are utilizing more than Level 1. This would create the ability to tie certain Level 2's or 3's to specific Level 1's or 2's, so that when many levels have been created for different purposes, projects, etc., that only the "anchored" levels would appear when coding transactions or processing reports.

Example: A record label represents musicians, and when they are coding out income and expenses, the users would only want to see any level 2’s (album) or 3’s (songs) that are associated with the artist on level 1.
