Chart upload - enable replacement of search terms and additional description fields with Blank/Null

It's great to be able to populate the additional search terms or additional description on large sections of the chart templates via the upload tool, however, if one were to make a mistake or decide it's not as useful as hoped, there is no way to similarly replace those fields in mass with a blank/null value. Presently they would all need to be manually removed.
