set the "to complete" inbox to respect the "yes" value in "show as column" for categories

We use the "to complete" as a mini workflow for special purposes and the fact that we cannot see the values in the specific columns, despite the definition on the category being set to "YES" as Column, makes it very difficult. Especially since we can no longer forward to other groups in the "to complete" state (as far as I know and have not been able to do)
