Add Cardholder Description Details in Credit Card Processing

Many users would benefit from being able to see the cardholder details in the credit card processing module because it allows for higher productivity when recording credit card activity, as we will be able to see who the cardholder is directly on the credit card processing screen in AgilLink, as opposed to having to manually search the statement to locate each individual charge and determine whose card it was charged to.
