We use Agilink for all companies and specifically touring. For touring we use the divisions feature to track expenses and income that is related to a specific tour/project. Now that I am a senior I no longer do most of my own transactions and instead my associate records deposits and payments. In order to review her work I always print out the cash flow report so I can see that the bank balances, she booked items to the proper vendors/payors, and that it was booked to the proper account. The only thing I cannot review is if she booked the items to the proper division which is important when reviewing her touring work. Please add this feature in the cash flow reports section so i can review that the proper division was used as well.
