Outgoing Transactions - Filters for Group or Client should have "contains" lookup context

When investigating the status of outgoing electronic transactions, it should be simpler to locate the applicable groups or client entities for setting filters. it's a more precise or a "starts with" in those fields now. Throughout AGL most of the filters have "contains" context searches which are most useful especially for admins who have access to so many groups and clients. Otherwise its too much hunt and peck through full drop down lists
