Delegation workflow should have a check box for printing signature as part of the process

If a workflow delegation is currently done, the administrator has to do a separate process to ensure the signature will print and then they have to revisit that same "alternate user" to remove that person when the delegation has been completed.

The process should be easier for the administrator. If they are assigning a delegation that delegate should be able to inherit the ability for the signature to print on a check. It should be an optional button or check box to temporarily allow that delegate the ability to be an alternate user in the "Signature and Settings" Page. When the delegation expires the setting should revert back to the previous setting which would reduce issues with printing checks and less administration time.
