Reports should not require date inputs

Reports (such as invoice registers, journal reports, deposits reports, etc) should not require date inputs.

• If no dates are entered a report should show all activity for all time

• If no end date is entered a report should display all activity from the start date through today

• If no start date is entered a report should automatically display all activity from inception through the end date
