Increase Character Limit in AgilLink -Int'l Wires

The user sent out an international wire, and it was rejected by the vendor's bank because the full account name wasn't on the wire. The full name is over 34 characters, so it can't be added in AgilLink, so she had the bank initiate the wire transfer because of this limitation.

The character limit should be increased in AgilLink to account for vendor names that exceed 34 characters.
