Increase maximum entries in percentage fee report from 5 to 10

Percentage fee reports have a maximum of 5 entries when running fees (even though you can enter more, only 5 will show on the report), some clients have prior reps that are still owed commissions on projects, so increasing the maximum entries from 5 to 10 would be helpful in not having to run multiple fee reports for clients each month when fees are processed.
