Bank Def in AgilLink

The bank Definition for CNBNYPARK is incorrect and the bank name should be correct to read as: CITY NATIONAL BANK, and the rest should be all CAPS.

I already advised him to change the branch name to custom to make the fields editable, but wanted to log this enhancement going forward.
