Quick approval for EFT's

Currently you have to drill into each EFT to get the approve button. Way too time consuming. Need a quick approval check box to approval all EFT's.

Transfers should be able to be "quick approved" just like AP invoices so that you can click the checkbox and approve without having to view the transaction.

Indefinitely extend the approval time in an EFT. Also, add the ability to “approve all”. Last, the date of the EFT should reflect the date of when it was approved not the date entered.
