Display Available Balances as part of AgilLink dashboard

users are asking for a feature that was present in legacy where available balances, or Pending Transactions that affect the bank balance but have not been fully applied yet, would show up as a visible balance. AgilLInk does not currently display that available balance as part of the AgilLInk home page which can lead to issues where the balance may be negative due to a recent purchase but AgilLink does not display this balance even after adequate time due to the transaction pending on the bank side.
