Reconciliation Report: Outstanding Payment amounts should appear as negative numbers

The Reconciliation Report current displays two different formats for negative numbers. Negative amounts in the "UnBooked Adjustments" section of the report are displayed wrapped in parenthesis. However, the amounts in the Outstanding Payments section are not. 

I would expect that any amount which is to be subtracted would be wrapped in parenthesis.
