Add a feature to combine General Ledger Report with Doc ID'd Backup.

So I have occasional need to provide G/L reports to various people who then also would like or be able to take advantage of being able to see the associated backup that supports that ledger.

In the attached example it would be nice to have the ability to check under the "Additional Formatting" Tab "Include Doc ID Backup when running a PDF", such that the ledger would be on top, then each Document ID (in order) would print as part of a pdf package.

As a bonus, if each backup Doc ID could also get shrank slightly to allow for a header that gives the Doc ID that would be most excellent.
