Remove embedded hyperlinks

When I export a TB to PDF, each account number in the GL Account column becomes an embedded hyperlink. When I export a GL to PDF or Excel, each item in the "Ref No" column becomes an embedded hyperlink. None of these links work - they just produce error messages when I accidentally click them, and show blocks of text when I hover over them. Please stop embedding any links in exported PDF/Excel files.
