change the calendar ID for calendars imported from other firms

We're getting Agilink files for new clients and it's starting to clutter up our own set ups. We should be able to change the calendar IDs so that I can move calendars we don't want to use to the bottom of the list so that I don't accidentally pick the wrong calendar. We all most likely name our calendar year calendars with an id of "12/31". If we have another firm's calendar named the same way, I want to move it to the bottom of the list because I don't want to use their calendar.
